How a €500M development in Berlin sold 98% of its units before a single brick was laid through the digital experience 77 built.
Sell one of Germany's largest developments a €500M mixed-use quarter off-plan, in the middle of the pandemic. With in-person sales shut down, there was no physical showroom, no scale model and no site to visit. Buyers had to commit to a home that existed only as a plan, in a project big enough to house thousands of residents. Everything rested on whether they could feel the place before it was real without ever leaving home.
77 built the entire sales experience as a digital world. Instead of asking buyers to imagine the development, we made it something they could see, move through and believe in photoreal, atmospheric and complete, delivered where buyers actually were: on a screen, anywhere.
35+ photorealistic renders: every key space, view and finish, at a level of realism buyers could trust.
A cinematic walkthrough: a full CGI film that carried the atmosphere and lifestyle of the quarter.
360° virtual tours: immersive, explorable spaces buyers could navigate on their own terms.
77 is a full-stack visualization and PropTech studio for real estate. We build the photoreal visuals, cinematic films, digital showrooms and interactive experiences that let buyers commit to a project before it exists and turn that belief into closed sales, at a fraction of a project's value. From the first render to the closed deal.
